Tallest tower in the world Burj Khalifa, Dubai

With its 828 meters high, the Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, is the tallest tower in the world. Built in the heart of a new Downtown Burj Khalifa, it was inaugurated in January 2010. This huge skyscraper has 160 floors. New symbol of excess in Dubai, it is distinguished by its gigantic arrow.
The building, visible from afar, is made of concrete and iron bars. Work began in 2004, was completed in 2009.
